Roseberry Qld is extending its heartfelt thanks to Rocksalt Gladstone for their generous
support during this year’s International Women’s Day celebration. Through their special
set-menu initiative, donating $10 from every menu sold, the restaurant raised an
impressive $600 to support local women, young people, and families in our community.
What makes this contribution especially meaningful is that every single dollar stays right
here in the Gladstone region. Roseberry Qld ensures that community donations are not
absorbed into administration or overheads, they go directly to delivering essential
programs, practical support and life-changing services.
Roseberry Qld CEO Jo Paringatai said this kind of partnership demonstrates the true
spirit of community.
“All of these steps matter. This is what community support looks like, local people
backing local services to create real impact. We’re incredibly grateful to Jason and the
team at Rocksalt for choosing to celebrate International Women’s Day in a way that
gives back.”
This collaboration marks the beginning of what promises to be a strong and growing
partnership. Planning is already underway for an even bigger and more exciting
community event in March 2027, with Roseberry Qld and Rocksalt joining forces again
to shine a light on women, community connection and local support services.
“This is just the beginning,” Roseberry Qld CEO, Jo Paringatai said. “When businesses,
community organisations and residents come together, we can build something truly
meaningful for our region.”
Roseberry Qld thanks Rocksalt and every community member who purchased a set
menu and contributed to this fantastic outcome.
