If you would like us to contact you about your complaint please let us know how to do that.

Roseberry Qld takes complaints seriously. We will listen and work to resolve issues fairly and as quickly as we can. We will treat everyone involved with respect and fairness and we will be open about the process. You will not be treated badly or unfairly for making a complaint.

 

If a complaint involves something that may be against the law or is something that Roseberry Qld is mandated to report, we will pass it on to the relevant authorities.

You can make a complaint without giving us your name, but this may limit how we respond and we won't be able to follow up with you.
