Care & Connect is a play-based self-care program for parents and children that strengthens emotional regulation and connection.
What does it offer?

An 8-week program with 1-hour sessions

Groups of up to 10 parents, with children welcome
This program was great. I enjoyed self-care activities, learnt how to slow down and to take time away from schedules and busy parenting mode.
