Jack's House is a 24/7 crisis shelter for young people aged 16 - 19 years, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
We strive to ensure young people are encouraged and empowered while being supported with transitioning into independent living.
Transition to Independent Living (TIL) Service

The TIL service provides support to young people aged 16-25 who are living independently.
The program aims to provide practical support for the emotional well-being of the young person.
This includes: referrals to appropriate service, information provision, advocacy, transport to appointments and practical assistance.
The TIL service aims to assist young people to pursue appropriate options within the community.

ParentsNext is a program working with parents who are preparing to enter employment education and training. ParentsNext Project providers work with parents to help them to identify their education and employment goals, develop a pathway to achieve their goals and link them to activities and services in the local community.
